A £200,000 investment in a new Operations Centre in the South East is set to help a Solihull security specialist grow its turnover by 30% in 2015.
Integrity Security, which was formed in 2008 by entrepreneurs Will Adams and Tony Turner, is looking to capitalise on a string of new contracts in the region by opening the dedicated base in Letchworth.
The move has already created ten new jobs and will give the company a platform to attract new clients looking for security guarding, concierge services, mobile patrols and CCTV systems.
It is expected to take turnover over £3m by the end of the year, with the potential to increase this to £5m by 2017.
“We have won a lot of work in the region recently and were looking at an additional base to our HQ in the West Midlands when we won the contract to look after sites for the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation,” explained Tony Turner, Managing Director.
“This requires up to 19 personnel at any one time and needs us to be on the ground quickly. As a result of this ‘win’, we have taken on new local premises based in the Nexus Building and this will be our Regional Operations Centre for the South East.”
He went on to add: “We have fitted it out with all the latest technology and IT systems, which enables us to respond quickly to customer requirements.”
Employing over 140 people, Integrity is one of the fastest growing independent security firms in the UK, providing dedicated cleaning, facilities management and bespoke security services.
When it launched in 2008 it put customer service at the heart of its approach and this has seen them continue to invest in training, quality systems and the latest security technology, such as detector driven remote monitored CCTV systems and state-of-the-art alarms and access control.
It has also recently regained the SIA award with an assessment score that puts it in the top 8% of security companies in the UK.
Will Adams, Director and General Manager, went on to add: “The Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation deal is another coup for us and builds on existing contracts with Britvic, North Midland Construction, Nottingham Wholesale Fruit and Flower Market and Hortons’ Estate in Birmingham City Centre.”
“The South East Operations Centre gives us greater coverage and a clear footprint in the region. Our long-term plan is to become a major national force and this is another step in the right direction.”
