Fast-expanding Birmingham professional and commercial recruitment consultancy Bell Cornwall Recruitment is to move to larger offices near the city’s central business district as its client list continues to grow.
The consultancy is to move out of its current Jewellery Quarter offices and move into Lancaster House, a prime office building on the corner of Great Charles Street and Newhall Street.
Bell Cornwall Recruitment has signed a lease on 2,250 sq ft of office space on the third floor of the impressive Portland stone Lancaster House in a deal brokered by Johnson Fellows.
BCR director Charlotte Bell said the firm had outgrown its offices in Branston Court, Branston Street in the Jewellery Quarter following eight years of growth and an expanding team.
“We anticipate further growth to handle our expanding list of clients, so the time was right for us to move to larger offices in the city centre,” she said.
“Lancaster House’s location suits us perfectly, being on the edge of Birmingham’s central business district while still being close to the Jewellery Quarter,” she added.
BCR has celebrated a number of new clients wins recently. Companies to have benefited from the firm’s services include facilities management provider Mitie, National Express, Shakespeares, EFG Harris Allday and Glide Utilities.
BCR was established in 2007 by recruitment experts Charlotte Bell and Jeremy Cornwall. Since then it has built up a reputation for providing high calibre professional and commercial office support staff candidates across a wide range of sectors and services, including several blue chip clients.
The firm, which currently has a team of 10 consultants, has ambitious plans for expansion.
