DTZ has announced the expansion of its investment agency team with the appointment of Justin Quibell as Associate Director.
Justin joins the Birmingham investment team and will be providing disposal, acquisition and asset management advice across a wide range of commercial property as well as developing and widening DTZ’s client base and mandates across the Midlands region.
He joins DTZ from D&P Holt based in Coventry.
DTZ’s Investment agency in the Midlands has been involved in a number of high profile deals this year including the £25m acquisition of Direct Line House in Birmingham city centre by the Direct Line Group. They are also currently instructed by Birmingham City Council and Network Rail to find a buyer for Grand Central shopping centre which is due to open in September.
