The Leeds office of CBRE has announced ten senior promotions following a record financial year with turnover up 19% on last year and EBITDA up 29% on the previous year.
In recognition of the success in growing and driving forward the Yorkshire business, CBRE’s Leeds Managing Director Richard Sunderland has been awarded the position of Executive Director, the most senior management level in CBRE.
Within the Valuation team, Michael Porter has been promoted to Senior Director and Mike Jones to Director. In Asset Services, Adam Baxter has been promoted to Senior Director, Juliet Petty to Director and Fazilia Loonat to Associate Director. Chris Ward in Landlord and Tenant is now Associate Director and Jacques Esterhuizen and Jonathan Gobie are Senior Surveyors in Industrial Agency and Building Consultancy respectively. Additionally, James Fox has been promoted to Director of Retail.
In addition to completing a record year in terms of profit and turnover, the Leeds team has successfully implemented more agile working practices and fully committed to a paperless working environment. The firm’s new working practices have been instrumental in the retention of industry-leading staff and CBRE’s commitment to its staff has been demonstrated in this host of senior promotions.
