Leading commercial property adviser Bilfinger GVA has made a number of promotions in its Bristol office.
Gordon Isgrove becomes Senior Director within the company’s Land and Development team; Alex Petyan is promoted to Associate within Landlord and Tenant; and Rebecca Collins has been promoted to Associate within the Planning Development and Regeneration team.
Gordon Isgrove heads the Land and Development team covering the South West and South Wales. He joined the company sixteen years ago, and since then has been involved with some of the region’s key residential land transactions, including 85 acres of former MOD land in Bath; the sale of the former St Matthias Campus in Fishponds, Bristol, and the sale of the former Frenchay hospital site.
