Humberts have recently agreed the sale of Unit 1 Fideoak Mill, Fideoak, near Bishops Hull on the edge of Taunton which was available at a guide price of £194,950. The industrial unit had a gross internal area of 409.75 sq m (4,409 sq ft) and included a shared scalped yard to the front. The premises is located between Taunton and Wellington.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Humberts Commercial Department comments “we received strong interest for the unit as soon as we brought it to the market due to the lack of industrial units available at this time within the market. The unit had a maximum eave height of 7.54 m which was particularly attractive to potential occupiers for storage due to its height”.
Humberts are currently marketing Units 8 & 9 Fideoak Mill for sale which are currently under construction. The units extend to a G.I.A. of approximately 114 sq m (1,226 sq ft) each and are available individually at a guide price of £119,950.
