Bilfinger GVA’s Manchester office agency team has completed the sale of two buildings at South Manchester Hercules Office Park to Ballyclare Limited.
Acting on behalf of Royal London Asset Management’s [RLAM] and managed by Property Alliance Group, Bilfinger GVA has sold Buildings C1 & C2 totalling 10,875 sq ft to the workwear and protective clothing designer and manufacturer, Ballyclare Limited.
Advised by Colliers International, Ballyclare Limited has relocated its headquarters from Stockport town centre to larger premises at the Cheadle office park. Hercules, which is home to NPS Stockport and WNS, consists of eight buildings within landscaped grounds and secure onsite parking.
Providing high quality self-contained offices, Hercules office park is prominently positioned at Bird Hall Lane in Cheadle, with access to motorways M60, M56 and M62 within minutes.
David Thwaites of Bilfinger GVA, joint agent with Jones Lang LaSalle at Hercules Business Park, commented: “This transaction is one of the most significant within South Manchester and is testament to the high quality accommodation available within Hercules Business Park.
“With a healthy level of demand and few buildings of similar quality available, we are experiencing strong interest in the four remaining buildings and are confident of announcing further arrivals soon.”
