Leading national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the promotion of six members of staff in its Birmingham office.
Alex Tross has been promoted to director of office agency, just 15 months after joining LSH to lead the department.
“I joined LSH at an exciting time for the commercial property sector in Birmingham and that momentum has continued since, with a number of huge announcements that promise to change the office landscape in the city,” he said.
“LSH has also grown significantly in that time and I’m delighted to have the opportunity continue playing a substantial role in its continued development.”
LSH has also promoted three people to associate director: Dan Taylor in rating, Sarah Everall in valuation, and Daksha Mistry in building consultancy.
Completing the Birmingham office promotions, Luke Sutton has been promoted to senior surveyor in valuation and Charles Barraclough has been made senior surveyor in property management.
Adam Ramshaw, head of office at LSH Birmingham, said: “I am very pleased to announce the promotion of six key members of our team in the West Midlands. It’s testament to their exceptional work and is a recognition of the key contributions they have made to the success of the company.”
