Humberts have recently agreed the letting of part of a second floor office suite at Hi-Point, Thomas Street, Taunton which is located next to Taunton railway station. The offices were available at a quoting rent of £5,500 per annum and had a net internal area of 92.88 sq m (999 sq ft) with store and shared WC/kitchen facilities. The office suite had lift access and also one allocated parking space in a covered ground floor car park within the building.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Humberts Commercial Department comments “we are pleased that we have been able to agree a quick letting of this office suite to a national charity. There seems to be an increase in demand for small office suites within the town at this time which is always a good indicator of an improving economy”.
