Keyland Developments Ltd, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister-company to Yorkshire Water, has launched a strategic site in Honley, West Yorkshire to market with planning permission in place for employment use.
The disused 1.42 acre brownfield site is located adjacent to the Neiley Water Works on the A616 New Mill Road, the main arterial route linking Huddersfield with Sheffield. Keyland Developments has secured planning permission for a development of circa 26,000 sq ft of B1 and B8 space for employment use with 53 car parking spaces.
The site has now been launched to market by Hanson Chartered Surveyors in Huddersfield who are under instruction to seek best and final bids by Friday 22nd May.
Keyland Developments has been regenerating redundant former Yorkshire Water sites for over 20 years and has vast experience of bringing back to life strategic, under-utilised sites across the region.
