Acting on behalf of Carleton Estates Ltd, CBRE’s Liverpool office has secured a letting at Unit 8 Tiger Court in Kings Business Park, Liverpool to Pure Legal Costs Consultants who has taken a 2 year lease on the 4,000 sq ft office unit.
Pure Legal Costs Consultants was launched on April 1st 2015 as a cutting-edge legal services business, providing a huge array of services to the legal industry as a whole, both directly and through its many business partners and affiliates. The firm was set up by businessman Phil Hodgkinson, the former owner of Compass Costs Consultants Limited – one of the UK’s leading legal costs consultancy and costs drafting firms which was sold to Quindell Portfolio Plc for £14m.
The new letting signifies a return for company owner Phil Hodgkinson to his roots, having previously worked from Tiger Court when he first set up Compass Costs Consultants Limited.
