Property consultancy Myddelton & Major is seeking to bring new tenants into one of the final remaining units on a new business park.
Unit 2 is in a prominent position at the entrance to the modern Glenmore Centre in the well-established Sandleheath Industrial Estate, near Fordingbridge.
Measuring 1,511 sq ft (140 sq m), Myddelton & Major expects to successfully agree a new letting on an asking rent of £8,950 per annum.

Sandleheath Industrial Estate, one mile west of Fordingbridge, has been established for more than 40 years. The Glenmore Centre has 14 units.
Businesses at the estate include Universal Turbos and XCS photocopier specialist, Alpha Display and RNC Fabrications.
