Manchester-based commercial property consultants, Canning O’Neill has announced that SkinViva has expanded its premises at Burton Place in Castlefield.
The non-surgical cosmetic treatment specialist, which currently occupies c. 1,700 sq ft at 1 Burton Place, has taken 1,049 sq ft at No. 5 on a three-year lease at a rental of £15.00 per sq ft. Originally developed by Urban Splash in 2005, Burton Place comprises apartments on upper floors with a number of self-contained commercial units on the ground floor.
Speaking about the deal, Conrad O’Neill, director at Canning O’Neill, who acted on behalf of the private owner, said: “Castlefield is a much sought-after area of Manchester, made up of refurbished warehouses like Eastgate and Bass Warehouse and new mixed residential and commercial schemes such as Timber Wharf and Moho. The area has attracted a real mix of businesses including Northstar Creative and legal recruitment agency, Jepson Holt, and has allowed businesses to grow.”
