Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 1, 10 Commerce Way which was an end of terrace industrial unit with a gross internal area of 60.22 sq m (648 sq ft) and included offices, mezzanine store and WC facilities along with an asphalt yard to front with parking. The unit was available at a quoting rent of £5,950 per annum.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Humberts Commercial Department comments “we are pleased that we have been able to agree a letting of the above industrial unit and currently only have Unit 4, 10 Commerce Way, Walrow Industrial Estate, Highbridge available at a quoting rent of £12,950 per annum which has a gross internal area of 298.80 sq m (3,215 sqft). We expect to receive strong interest for Unit 4 due to its high profile backing onto the M5 motorway which is ideal for signage for any business promotion”.
