Taylor Vinters LLP, the international law firm, has taken an additional 3,142 sq ft of space in Tower 42 as it expands its London office to total 6,229 sq ft.
Taylor Vinters already occupied Level 33C in Tower 42, and has taken the additional space at Level 33B on a 10 year lease at an undisclosed rent.
Matt Meyer, chief operating officer, Taylor Vinters said: “By doubling the size of our London office, we will be able to respond to client demand for local, national and international work. The London office is a pivotal location for us and will allow us to recruit more staff and build on our reputation in the market.”
Luke Wild, senior surveyor, tenant advisory team, Carter Jonas added: “Taylor Vinters was needing to find additional space as its business expands, so we advised them in the surrender of their existing lease at Level 33C to take a new lease for the combined old and new space at Level 33B to provide them with more than 6,000 sq ft of super office space.”
CBRE and Ingleby Trice acted on behalf of Kirsh Group; Carter Jonas acted on behalf of Taylor Vinters.
