Cardiff Gate International Business Park welcomes global construction company Dawnus to its line-up of resident tenants.
Following the recent acquisition of building services firm Legsun Ltd, international civil engineering firm Dawnus has expanded its footprint by opening an additional Welsh office to complement its Swansea and Bangor locations.
Taking 2,553 sq ft space within the park, Dawnus is hoping to grow its team even further over the coming months from 20 to 40 employees.
Gareth Moss, managing director, Dawnus is looking forward to the imminent move to Cardiff Gate and said: “Following our recent acquisition and subsequent client growth, we needed to find suitable space that had parking facilities close to the motorway. Cardiff Gate offers us the flexibility so that when we grow, we can adapt on site and increase our space, maintaining location consistency for the business.”
Tony Fletcher, managing director, Cardiff Gate International Business Park is delighted with the news and said:
“We are delighted to welcome Dawnus’ employees to the Park, adding to the 4,000 already based on site.
“We have a wide range of local, national and international businesses already situated here, some of whom have been with us for a number of years and we hope we can continue to help them grow.”
Cardiff Gate International Business Park is managed by property agent Fletcher Morgan.
Rhodri Roberts, surveyor at Fletcher Morgan, said:
“Securing a high quality tenant like Dawnus reinstates Cardiff Gate International Business Park as Wales’ leading Business Park.
“We’re delighted that the company chose to move the business here and no doubt they were attracted because of its easy access to the M4 and Cardiff and Newport city centres, combined with the high-quality build and excellent car parking.”
