A double letting at Woodlands Court in Almondsbury has been completed by the Bristol office of property adviser Bilfinger GVA.
The new occupiers at the established courtyard office scheme are the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), and Climate Energy. The CNM has taken 3,566 sq ft of space, and Climate Energy has taken 2,796 sq ft.

In Bristol, where CNM students can train to become a nutritional therapist or an acupuncturist, there were particular requirements to be met. Nicole Keppler, CNM’s managing director, explains: “Students attending CNM Bristol come from as far afield as Reading, the West Country and West Wales, so we were looking for a location which would provide easy access from the motorway network.
