A psychometric assessment provider with global reach is the latest business to take serviced office space at a thriving business hub in Southampton.
Thomas International, which works with 1.5 million people annually, has signed up to a three-desk office at Ocean Village Innovation Centre (OVIC).
Jo Rivron and Emmy Cottingham, product development leads, and Chris Hoar, project co-ordinator, comprise the Thomas International team at OVIC.
Occupancy at the premises, operated by Oxford Innovation, which manages 20 innovation centres in the UK, is now at 71%.
Thomas International, founded in 1981 and operating across 60 countries, counts Oxford Innovation, which runs 20 innovation centres across the UK, as one of its 5,000 business clients in the UK.
Worldwide there are 48,000 clients, covering business, education and sport.
Personal profile analysis assessments by Thomas International evaluate employees’ strengths, empowering businesses to better recruit, retain, develop and manage individual employees and teams.
