Two former trainees have been appointed to the Board of Princecroft Willis (PcW) as Directors.
Sam Chapman and Dan Tout joined the Dorset and New Forest chartered accountants and business advisers in 1998 and 2005 respectively.
Sam, who attended Poole Grammar School, qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2007.
Since 2013 he has headed up PcW’s Business Enterprise Team, based at Towngate House, Poole.
Dan is also a former Poole Grammar School student. He joined PcW after graduating from Bournemouth University with a first class honours degree in Accounting and Taxation.
Dan passed his final Institute of Chartered Accountants ACA exams in 2008 and spent a further year with the firm before leaving in 2010.
After working at Peverel Group as Senior Management Accountant and then Twinings as Financial Accountant, he rejoined PcW last year in the firm’s New Milton office.
Mark Johns, PcW’s Managing Director, said: “We’ve always believed in growing our own talent. Sam and Dan’s appointments to the Board are the clearest possible demonstration of the success of this approach.
“Both will play a key role in the future growth and development of Princecroft Willis. They’re great role models and, on behalf of all the team, I congratulate them on their well-deserved promotions.”
