Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the lease assignment at 83 Poole Road, Bournemouth to Mr Clive Page & Mr Lee Millward who will open the premises as a gift shop also selling teas, coffees and cakes.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail sales area of 486 Sq Ft together with further ancillary storage of 507 Sq Ft. The passing rental was £21,000 per annum, exclusive.
