Leicester-based architectural design and property management consultancy, The Martin Design Partnership (TMDP) has bolstered its team by appointing Dave Wells to oversee its rapidly growing Special Projects division.
Tasked to manage all aspects of TMDP (SP), which was launched following an increase in clients requesting a complete ‘design and build’ option, Dave will be in charge of co-ordinating all elements of building project management including tendering, scheduling, procurement and managing a team of retained sub-contractors.
He joins the Practice after 22 years in the construction industry and brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong reputation within the sector.
Speaking about joining TMDP team Dave said: “It’s great to be part of The Martin Design Partnership and to be integral in the launch and expansion of the Special Projects Division.
