Acting jointly on behalf of First Alliance, commercial property consultants, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Vail Williams, have secured a new tenant for warehouse space at Fareham Reach.
Gosport-based Heating & Cooling Supplies Limited has signed a new 15 year lease on a 43,000 sq ft warehouse in order to support its business expansion. The new tenant is a privately owned manufacturing company, specialising in the design and manufacture of heat exchange coils and coil based products. A rent of £5.50 per sq ft has been agreed.
Jerry Vigus, Director within LSH’s South Coast Agency team, commented: “Heating & Cooling Limited has been looking in the market for new premises for a number of years. Its decision to expand to Fareham Reach was driven by our client’s flexibility in offering a bespoke facility that not only meets the tenant’s budget, but also offers a mix of both industrial and office accommodation.”

At Fareham Reach, First Alliance is able to offer tenants 24 hour security on a self-contained site, benefiting from an on-site management team, extensive car parking and flexible lease terms.
