Swedish based Meda Pharmaceuticals, through their agents Woodford and Company have fully let up their 11,000 sq.ft. office building on the Cedarwood phase at Chineham Park, Basingstoke.
Media Tactics, a leading provider of market data information in the UK, have joined Voyager Software Limited and Casala Limited by taking 4,400 sq.ft. on the first floor of two storey building.
They have entered into a three year lease where the quoting rent was £17.00 per sq.ft. for the high quality office accommodation which was already provided with meeting rooms and private offices as well as furniture. The suite came with 15 car parking spaces.
A representative from Meda Pharmaceuticals said, “We are delighted to have let the last remaining suite in our quality building to Media Tactics, who have moved their operation from the Regus building at Pinewood. We feel that the accommodation will work well for them and their staff and we wish them every success in the future”.
Woodford and Company were instrumental in arranging all three lettings in the building for Meda.
