Topaz, the 45,000 sq ft office park developed at Bromsgrove by Maximus, is now fully let.
Maximus managing director Jon Hickton said the location right next to the junctions where the M42 meets the M5, coupled with an extreme shortage of quality available office space in north Worcestershire, had proved a real winner.
“Topaz is a striking, contemporary business park which offers state-of-the-art, high specification offices in an unrivalled location for businesses looking for a central England base from which to operate,” he said.
Successful lettings at Topaz included the largest deal for office space in Bromsgrove in 2014 when national recruitment company The Best Connection chose the park for its new headquarters, taking 7,628 sq ft.
Infrastructure provider Prestige Technology Solutions relocated from their Halesowen head office and occupied 4,162 sq ft.
UTC Carrier relocated their Mitsubishi air conditioning business into at 4,185 sq ft unit and other lettings included Swedish bank Handelsbanken who established a new branch office for the area there, software provider Fuelsoft and Instinctive Technologies and ATS Reach who moved from their offices in Solihull at Blythe Valley Business Park.
Topaz provides ten self contained office buildings and 174 parking spaces in a total of 45,071 sq ft of commercial property space.
Maximus is a privately owned development and investment property company established in 2001 which specialises in identifying sites for industrial and commercial development and managing them through the planning process. The business has experienced rapid growth and success over the past 14 years.
Notable developments include the Quartz Point business park near Junction 6 of the M42 at Solihull, and the 40,000 sq ft speculative office scheme Wildwood Triangle, off Junctions 6 and 7 at Worcester.
