Reflecting the improvement in the economy as a whole, London Clancy is pleased to report further success on the lettings at Kingsgate House.
Nord-Lock Ltd the Swedish based bolt security system company leased 2,405 sq ft in May 2014. Since then Integra NeuroSciences Ltd have taken a five year lease on the west wing of the second floor of 2,487 sq ft and GW Research have taken a five year lease of the south wing on the ground floor of 3,113 sq ft. The lettings were close to the asking rent of £13.50 per sq ft and with incentives.
Kingsgate House is now 58% occupied and the whole of the first floor of 8,008 sq ft and the remaining space on the ground floor is under offer to two more companies. All 24,066 sq ft should be occupied by the end of April 2015.
