Colliers International’s National Offices team in Birmingham has secured a new tenant for CBRE Global Investors 30 St Paul’s Square, the Grade A, courtyard scheme in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), Uniec Prestige Limited has taken a 10 year lease on 1,018 sq ft of Grade A accommodation on the fourth floor of 30 St Pauls Square. The national IFA practice is relocating its ten-strong team from Broad Street to the new Jewellery Quarter location.
On the letting, Matt Long, Director, National Offices, Colliers International, said: “With its listed façade and courtyard positioning, CBRE Global Investors has invested intelligently in 30 St Paul’s Square, transforming this unique scheme to provide a modern and efficient working environment for occupiers. The flexibility of the open floor plates allow for the strategic subdivision of space, which attracts a variety of occupiers from small businesses to major corporates.
“30 St Pauls was the perfect fit for Uniec Prestige’s new office base. It provides a modern working environment for their growing team of IFAs to continue to work efficiently and effectively in the Midlands region whilst also allowing them to service their clients across the UK from a very well connected city centre location.”
Clare Gorman, Co-Director, Uniec Prestige Ltd, said: “In the current economic climate many organisations in the financial sector are having to downsize to cut costs or are finding themselves struggling in the recessionary climate. This expansion from Uniec Prestige Ltd not only bucks this trend but also highlights our continued growth and long-term commitment to providing the highest quality of independent financial advice.”
Launched in 2007, Uniec Prestige Ltd is an established IFA practice working on a national basis to provide support and advice for individuals and companies facing retirement, redundancy or any organisational change in the workplace. Uniec Prestige offers independent impartial advice on corporate pensions, protection and investment. Many Uniec clients are national blue-chip businesses and large organisations spanning many different commercial sectors.
