CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team has let a warehouse unit totaling 26,116 sq ft on a 10 year term to Travis Perkins subsidiary CCF Ltd at Margaret Street in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Travis Perkins is one of the largest suppliers to the UK’s building and construction industry with a national network of more than 600 branches. The company provides more than 100,000 products to trade professionals. CCF specialise in interior building products such as insulation, drywall, ceilings, partitioning, flooring and fire protection.
The property comprises a self-contained warehouse unit with extensive yard and car parking. The premises are located on the corner of Margaret Street and Hertford Street close to Ashton Town Centre. Margaret Street connects to the A635 Manchester Road which is one of the main arterial routes out of Manchester, joining the M60 at Junction 23.
