Skanska has further strengthened its Project Development team with the appointment of Annabel Fisher as Assistant Marketing and Leasing Manager.
Annabel will work alongside Skanska’s Leasing and Marketing Director, Alex Jordan, supporting the UK leasing and marketing strategy, including brand positioning, across all developments being delivered under the Workplaces by Skanska banner.
Skanska is currently developing 66 Queen Square, a 61,000 sqft (5,667 sqm) office development in Bristol – the majority of accommodation was recently pre-let to KPMG – and The Monument Building, 94,000sqft (8,733sqm) of Grade A office space in the City of London.
Andreas Lindelof, Skanska’s Managing Director – Development, comments: “Annabel is a great addition to the team, which is working to provide commercially successful workplaces and properties that enhance communities.”
Annabel says: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the Project Development team at such an exciting time. With two fantastic schemes already underway, there’s a lot to look forward to.”
Annabel joined Skanska in January 2014. Before this she spent time in front and behind the camera, managed operations for the largest tourism company outside of London and can fly aeroplanes thanks to a three-year stint with the RAF. In her spare time, she competes in professional road cycling competitions and plays the piano.
