Acting on behalf of Richley Properties Ltd, Goadsby have let 5-7 Gervis Place, Bournemouth to Ms Mei Pan, who will be using the space as a traditional Taiwanese inspired frozen yoghurt and bubble tea café.
The subject premises comprise a total ground floor area of 930 sq ft and 751 sq ft located in the basement. It was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £35,000 per annum exclusive.
