Bilfinger GVA Manchester has strengthened its Planning, Development and Regeneration (PDR) team with the reappointment of senior surveyor, Sarah May.
Sarah May has re-joined Bilfinger GVA’s Manchester team having previously worked for the firm for 2 years before departing to Barratt Partnerships in 2012. While working as development manager at Barratt Partnerships, Sarah’s role involved supporting the national divisions of Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes in the procurement of partnership development opportunities. Sarah also project managed applications to public sector development finance funds on behalf of Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Ward Homes.
As senior surveyor at Bilfinger GVA, Sarah will be responsible for providing commercial inputs around fund applications, development visibility and procurement advice. Before her departure from Bilfinger GVA in 2012, Sarah led on the firm’s advisory role to the Home and Communities Agency on the Get Britain Building fund.
