Experienced property professional Paul Steele has joined CPBigwood as an associate partner in the Valuation & Professional Services department.
Based at the Colmore Row office in Birmingham city centre, Mr Steele arrives as the firm continues to thrive and grow.
He said: “I have watched CPBigwood’s development with interest and I am very pleased to be part of that growth now.
“Down the years I have met many of their leading executives and I look forward to bringing my knowledge to bear in contributing to continued expansion.”
A Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors registered valuer, he has more than 30 years’ experience in the valuation of residential, mixed use and commercial property.
He prepares CPR compliant reports and acts as an Expert Witness, including presenting evidence at court. He also has expertise in development appraisal and valuation of care homes, hostels and sheltered accommodation for registered providers and private operators.

Mr Steele formerly worked for esurv, Pennycuick Collins, DBK and Birmingham & Solihull Surveyors.
Educated at Harold Malley School in Solihull, he obtained a BSc (Estate Management) degree from the University of Central England.
