Property consultants Bruton Knowles have promoted Nicole Hudyba from senior surveyor to associate.
Ms Hudyba, who is based at the firm’s office in Birmingham, joined Bruton Knowles in 2013 to strengthen the professional team, with a particular focus on valuations in the licensed and leisure sector.
A specialist in leisure trade property, Ms Hudyba has seven years’ experience having previously worked at Christie & Co, Colliers International and DTZ.
At Bruton Knowles, Nicole’s role involves providing valuations for a number of banking clients, including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, RBS and NatWest, as well as other lending institutions such as Lancashire Mortgage Corporation and peer-to-peer lender Funding Circle.
Ian Pitt, partner and head of Bruton Knowles’ Birmingham office, said: “Nicole has made a real positive impact on the business since joining us two years ago.
“With Nicole’s experience in valuation for the leisure trade property sector we have been able to significantly grow this area of the business, both in terms of clients and fee income, and as we look to expand further Nicole’s skills and expertise will be increasingly valuable.
“Nicole’s promotion fits in with our strategy of bringing in key people to strengthen existing teams and to promote from within to grow internally as well as externally.”
In addition to Ms Hudyba’s promotion, Bruton Knowles has promoted three other people to associate across the business and appointed two new associates and a HR director.
