Humberts have agreed another letting of a shop premises within Taunton at 8 Bath Place which was available at a quoting rent of £10,500 per annum. The centrally located shop premises was within Taunton town centre within a Georgian building with a ground floor sales area of 46.65 sq m (502 sq ft) plus store of 4.70 sq m (50 sq ft). The property also included upper floors providing ancillary storage accommodation on first and second floor.

Humberts have just brought to the market 20 High Street, Taunton at a rent of £12,000 per annum and expect to receive strong interest for this property due to its High Street location coupled with the high levels of demand for retail premises at this time which shows an improving market within the town.
