Humberts have agreed another letting of a shop premises within Taunton at 8 Bath Place which was available at a quoting rent of £10,500 per annum. The centrally located shop premises was within Taunton town centre within a Georgian building with a ground floor sales area of 46.65 sq m (502 sq ft) plus store of 4.70 sq m (50 sq ft). The property also included upper floors providing ancillary storage accommodation on first and second floor.
Stephen Richards, a Director of Humberts, comments “we are pleased that we have been able to let the above shop premises on behalf of our clients to a watch repairer. Bath Place is extremely picturesque and is a popular shopping location and one of the major pedestrian routes into the town centre”.
Humberts have just brought to the market 20 High Street, Taunton at a rent of £12,000 per annum and expect to receive strong interest for this property due to its High Street location coupled with the high levels of demand for retail premises at this time which shows an improving market within the town.
