Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 222a Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth to The Blue Goose, who will be using the space as an American style sandwich takeaway.
The subject premises comprise a total ground floor area of 224 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £7,000 per annum exclusive.
