Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 6 South Street to The Goat CC LTD, who will be using the space as a Coffee shop trading under the name ‘Coffee Saloon’.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor sales area of 294 sq ft, as well as storage on the first and second floor, and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £7,500 per annum exclusive.
