Acting on behalf of Brookton 2000 Ltd, Goadsby Commercial are pleased to report the letting of Unit 1 Hedge End Business Centre to Express Finance Loans Ltd, who have relocated from Unit 8.
Unit 1 Hedge End Business Centre comprises approximately 484 sq ft of two storey office accommodation. Goadsby were quoting £6,750 per annum for the leasehold interested.

Goadsby also manage this scheme and recently issued instructions for the Southampton offices of Goadsby Commercial and Vail Williams to dispose of the long leasehold interest on a number of units.
