Having recently announced a record turnover in 2014 in excess of £6.34m, Howells Solicitors have further strengthened their position as one of Wales’ largest law firms by completing the issuing of new Shares to three directors of the company in a six figure transaction.
Rhidian Hobbs, Laith Khatib and Mick Fallon all of whom have been with the firm for some years are now shareholders in the business.
Each of the new Shareholders are based in the Cardiff office of the law firm and will continue in their significant roles within their respective departments of Commercial Property, Private Client and Volume Conveyancing.
Messrs Hobbs, Khatib and Fallon will join the three founding shareholders Phillip Howell, John O’Connell and Mark Hobbs on the Senior Management Team as they work together to manage the growth of the business and plan a long term strategy to plan for the future.
