Goadsby have, on behalf of DR Smith Properties Group Ltd, let Energy House, Crow Arch Lane Industrial Estate, Crow Arch Lane, Ringwood on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease and the quoting rental of £55,000 per annum exclusive was achieved. The premises is located on the established Crow Arch Lane Industrial Estate and extends to approximately 6,752 sq ft.
