KGA Chartered Surveyors have completed the letting of Unit 3 Beldray Park, a 14,802 sq ft unit to Novo CSV Ltd. The unit is located off Mount Pleasant in Bilston and results in the estate being fully let. KGA acted on behalf of the landlord, an institutional investor, with Harris Lamb joint agents, whilst Novo CSV Ltd acted for themselves. As part of the deal KGA oversaw a full refurbishment program on the property.
Novo CSV Ltd, a reverse logistics company involved in the handling of products after the point of sale, have taken a lease on this property on the back of a successful years trading which has seen them win contracts with the likes of Argos and Tefal. Nova CSV provide services including a repair centre for return products. In addition the space will allow them to amalgamate their sister company Grizzly Tools Ltd, an electrical garden tool distributor, under the same roof.
