A specialist supplier of services to the entertainments industry is opening up in West Bromwich.
Arvato Entertainment is moving into Landchard House in a deal put together by Black Country property agents Bond Wolfe.
The group has taken a five year lease on 2,200 sq ft on the first floor of the three storey building in Victoria Street in the town centre.
James Mattin, Bond Wolfe managing partner, said: “We are delighted to conclude this letting to such an established entity as Arvato Entertainment.
“Landchard House is a flagship property at the heart of West Bromwich with all the town has to offer, but equally is close to the motorway network for fast communications. It is a quality complex in an excellent location and Arvato Entertainment has recognised this.
“The local office market has been very active so far in 2015 and this deal piggy backs lettings to the NHS at Kingston House, West Bromwich, with Bond Wolfe alone placing approximately 20,000 sq ft of office space under offer in February.”
It takes occupancy at Landchard House to 80 per cent and Bond Wolfe is in talks with a potential tenant for the remainder of the space.
Other occupiers include Fields Accountants, Provident Financial Services and Sandwell Women’s Aid.
Arvato Entertainment’s portfolio includes a wide range of services – games, video, audio, sports, playtainment and broadcasting.
It is a market leader when it comes to integrated solutions – digital copy services, replication, archiving, asset management, distribution/supply chain management, financial services, electronic content distribution, e-commerce and anti-piracy.
