Louise Fassnidge has been promoted to associate partner at CPBigwood.
She will be leading the New Business Technical Set-ups team within the Residential Service Charge Department.
Louise said: “I am very much looking forward to this new phase in my career.”
A member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she was formerly with Mainstay Group for 13 years.
The mother of two specialises in asset management, complex budget structures, legal structures and developing client relations.
CPBigwood property management partner Ian Smallman said: “We were very pleased when Louise agreed to join us and she has proved to be a significant asset.
