A campervan restoration specialist is on the road to new premises at the Glenmore Centre in Fordingbridge.
V-Tec Services is relocating to the complex on the Sandleheath Industrial Estate after agreeing a new five-year lease through property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer successfully acted on behalf of the landlord to negotiate the lease deal on a quoted rent of £8,950 per annum.
V-Tec Services specialises in breathing new life into Volkswagens, particularly classic campervans.
Dean said: “These new premises are ideally placed for V-Tec Services.
“The business will be able to attract campervan enthusiasts from across East Dorset, West Hampshire, Salisbury and Southampton as well as potentially from Winchester.
“V-Tec’s new unit is also in a very prominent position at the entrance to the development so it will also be highly visible to passing trade and potential customers.
“Specialists of this kind complement the range of industrial and trade businesses on this thriving industrial estate as it continues to act as a dynamo for the local economy.”
Measuring 1,511 sq ft (140 sq m), the unit includes and office on its first floor.
Sandleheath Industrial Estate, one mile west of Fordingbridge, has been established for more than 40 years.
The Glenmore Centre has 14 units.
