Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 11 Southbourne Grove, Funeral Services Ltd, trading as Co-Op Funeral Care.
The subject premises comprise a double fronted lock up shop with ancillary storage to the rear. The premises, formally a Newsagents, was completely stripped out to provide Co-Op with the open plan space they required. The quoting rental was £18,000 pa ex.
