Black Country agents Bond Wolfe have further cemented their strong connections with the National Health Service’s property arm.
The firm has completed a deal for NHS Property Services to take the fifth floor of the five storey Kingston House in West Bromwich.
The extra 5,000 sq ft brings the division’s total occupancy at the complex to 35,000 sq ft.
And Bond Wolfe is in talks with NHS Property Services on a possible further let.
James Mattin, Bond Wolfe managing partner, said: “This deal demonstrates our ability to work closely with existing tenants in buildings that we are acting on, and follows a record 2014.
“With the economy recovering well nationally, regionally and locally, we have been inundated with viewings and new instructions, which bodes well for the months ahead.”
Kingston House occupies a prominent location on the main High Street, and affords excellent access to local transport networks including West Bromwich Bus Station, The Metro, M5 motorway and the main A41 Black Country Expressway.
It offers modern spacious well appointed office accommodation over six floors.
Bond Wolfe has been marketing suites there from 4,065 sq ft to 8,505 sq ft on flexible lease terms at a quoting rent of £9 per sq ft exclusive.
NHS Property Services looks after more than 4,000 properties nationwide.
