NG Chartered Surveyors has completed a significant letting on the prestigious Apollo 26 Industrial Park in Nottingham.
A 25,415 sq ft warehouse and industrial unit has been let to Northgate Public Services (NPS), which has taken a 10-year lease on the property. NPS, which is a software and outsourcing business for the Public Sector, is expanding into its new premises after winning a new contract to provide services to Nottingham City Council.
Sunny Landa, director at NG, said: “The key to the success of this deal was the time it took from start to finish, which was extremely quick. Quality stock always lets well, and the Apollo 26 Industrial Park certainly benefits in that area.
“With NG being so close to the market, we were able to make sure that both our client and the new tenants completed the deal rapidly, which was essential with demand being so high for high-grade warehousing such as this. Our client is delighted with the deal, and we wish Northgate Public Services all the best as they continue to expand.”
Joe Bradley, Northgate Public Services’ Executive Director, said: “We are delighted to be establishing a base in Nottingham with a new Regional Business Centre in Bulwell. Not only will it give us a chance to build on our existing links with the Council and the City, it will also enable us to create new opportunities through our scheme for modern apprentices.
“We are looking forward to opening our new base in the summer and starting to recruit in the area.”
Apollo 26 is located on the eastern side of Cinderhill Road, approximately two miles from Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway, via the A610 dual carriageway. To the west of Cinderhill Road is the successfully established Phoenix Business Park and just 500m away is the Cinderhill NET Stop, providing a fast modern tram connection with Nottingham City Centre and the mainline rail station.
Apollo 26 is just 15 miles from East Midlands Airport, the UK’s second largest air freight facility.
