Leading Lincoln Chartered Surveyor Banks Long & Co has successfully disposed of the city’s former Superbowl site.
Located immediately adjacent to Lincoln’s premier out-of-town retail warehousing destination, Valentine Retail Park, the 2.7 acre site has been acquired by a renowned local investor and developer, who is currently unable to provide any information with regard to their future intentions for the site.
Tom Strawson of Banks Long & Co handled the sale.
“It was super to be able to secure a sale of this especially large edge of city centre site and we were pleasantly surprised by the strong amount of interest generated from, not only the local and regional market, but from purchasers from London and further afield,” said Mr Strawson.
“This certainly shows that the market is somewhat improving and we are particularly optimistic for the forthcoming few years.
“We believe there are number of available future options for the site, which are all being considered. We would expect to hear an exciting announcement in due course.”
