A Worcester-based leader in corporate messaging is moving into new offices in Malvern in a deal transacted by leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon.
Icetrak Ltd has acquired the modern two-storey office building at 2, Nimrod House on Malvern’s Enigma Business Park.
Icetrak Ltd provides SMS and fax messaging services to more than 1,200 UK organisations across a wide range of sectors including financial services, recruitment, estate agency, health, logistics, charities and local government.
Neil Skinner, managing director of Icetrak, said, “Moving to the Enigma Business Park will provide Icetrak with the extra space and high speed communication links to manage the continued growth of the business. It also gives us much improved meeting and training facilities to extend and promote the range of services we can offer our clients.”
The purpose-built two-story offices at 2, Nimrod House consist of 2,416 sq ft of open plan office space with suspended ceilings, inset lighting and air conditioning. The property also has 10 dedicated parking spaces.
Lynne Davies of GJS Dillon, who acted for the vendors – specialist insurance broker Balens Ltd – said, “This is a high quality modern office building in an attractive setting. The Enigma Business Park is very well located in Malvern’s main commercial district just north of Great Malvern. It has good transport links and I am sure it will suit Icetrak well.”
GJS Dillon LLP, with offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove, offers a full range of commercial property consultancy services throughout Worcestershire and surrounding areas, and along the M5 and A38 corridors.
