Two of the Black Country’s best known names in commercial property consultancy have merged to form Bulleys incorporating Martin Bloomer Associates.
The two companies have worked closely for many years providing complimentary niche services in the local, wider West Midlands plus Shropshire markets and beyond.
“This merger strengthens one of the most focused and dynamic commercial property consultancies in the area” said Noel Muscutt, partner at Bulleys Chartered Surveyors.
“Bringing the two respective teams together is a win-win for everyone. It means we can continue to offer the highest level of service to clients and deliver the best results.”
The combination of Martin Bloomer Associates property management expertise, together with Bulleys existing management portfolio, offers clients strengthened support, service and a greater depth of varied professional services for all disciplines within the commercial property sector.
Noel added: “We have grown the agency, consultancy and management business significantly over many years and joining with Martin brings 30 years of property management expertise and professional experience which strengthens and perfectly balances our service offer.”
Established in 1965, Bulleys – with offices in Wolverhampton, Oldbury and Telford – has a reputation for consistently delivering a high standard of service to long established and new clients alike. They offer a bespoke service for all types of commercial property with a wide variety of clients.
Martin Bloomer Associates in Dudley is widely respected as specialist chartered surveyors. Founded by Martin Bloomer in 2001, the company specialises in property management and professional work including valuations, rent reviews/lease renewals, compulsory purchase and dilapidations.
Martin, a consultant in the newly merged company, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the President’s Panel of Experts.
He explained that both companies share similar synergies. “We both have a relationship-driven approach to business, with a mutual style of work and values. It’s a great blend of skills and personalities. The amalgamation of our teams greatly strengthens the service to clients, particularly in rent reviews, arbitration, expert work and dilapidations, so we can offer unrivalled expertise.”
Noel added: “This is an exciting development for us both and opens doors to new opportunities. It allows us to build upon recent success stories.”
