The Bristol office of leading property advisers CBRE has strengthened its National Asset Services team with the appointment of Mark Evans as Senior Surveyor. Mark joins CBRE having previously been based in the city as a Surveyor at Alder King.
He commented: “I am thrilled to be joining CBRE at such a critical time in the UK’s economic recovery. My new role provides me with a unique and exciting opportunity to look after a diverse range of properties on behalf of our institutional investor clients such as Akzo Nobel, Alstom, BBC and Shell Pensions. I intend to use my market knowledge, coupled with my prior experience within Property and Asset Management to bolster the great service we provide to our clients.”
CBRE has also announced that Rosanna Lake has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor after passing her APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) exam following two years at the Bristol office on the firm’s in-house graduate training programme.
Rosanna said: “Passing my APC was a great milestone. Since joining CBRE in 2012, the property market has changed remarkably and it is a very exciting time to be in the industry. The graduate programme has provided me with a great breadth of experience and I am now looking forward to the future, building my role within the Investment Agency team.”
