Bournemouth-based planning consultants Matt Annen and Dan Wilden, begin 2012 as Directors in their own town planning consultancy, Pure Town Planning, a new business they launched just before Christmas.
Matt and Dan have worked for several years at other planning consultancies in the town making planning applications and planning appeals and achieving planning permission for a range of clients. They decided that the time was right to forge their own path.
“We wanted to establish a company which reflected our clear, straightforward and honest approach to planning” said Dan. “The current market conditions are really tough for most clients and we realised that by working for ourselves and keeping our costs right down we could offer a personal service and really competitive rates.”
Matt said “The early response has been very encouraging and despite the distraction of the Christmas holiday season we have been fielding plenty of enquiries and already lodged a number of planning applications.”
Dan added “We have been bowled over by well-wishers in the local development community – even including some of our new competitors!”
